Final Concept Plan

We've developed a final concept plan to guide future improvements to Abbeville Street Park in Upper Mount Gravatt. The plan reflects what you've shared with us and explores ways to enhance the park. It ensures the park remains a welcoming space for the community well into the future.

The upgrade proposes:

• a fitness station with seating walls
• accessible pathways and improved connections
• picnic shelter, water bubbler, viewing area/seating node
• amenity block
• playground revitalisation
• multi-use sport court
• rebound wall
• native understory planing

Planning for the Abbeville Street Park upgrades will continue in 2026/27. Project delivery will depend on future funding availability, subject to citywide priorities. Thank you to everyone for your feedback and continued support.
