Stage 2 Concept design - Community engagement
Concept design released for community feedback. The proposed concept design could be viewed online, in person at the Northgate Ward Office, or at the community event during the engagement period.
Community engagement closed at 11:59pm on Sunday 30 June 2024.
Community event
The community were invited to join us at the corner of Ryans Road and Robinson Road, Nundah on Sunday 16 June between 10am - 12pm to celebrate the release of the proposed concept design for Better Suburbs - Places and Spaces.
The community were encouraged to scoot, walk, cycle of jog down and take a seat at the long communal table to enjoy the activities. There was:
face painting
interactive community chalk art
music, and
a native plant giveaway.
There was also an opportunity to discuss the proposed concept design with the Council project team and share feedback.
