Composting Workshop - Sunday 5 February - Inala Community Garden

Hello everyone!

Our Inala Community Garden (south-west Brisbane) is excited to offer our first composting workshop for gardeners and for members of the wider community. This will be ideal for anyone keen to reduce waste and help the environment –and to meet like-minded people who care about the planet!

We'll focus on the Gedye bin (closed compost bin), and how to hot compost. The workshop is free, and we would LOVE to have you all join us there.

The presenters Rhondda and I (Chris ) both completed the Master Compost Training in mid 2022. We want to pass on this brilliant knowledge and enthuse others in the joy and ease of composting.

To other Master Composters, we have found it really useful to attend a few of Clytie's composting presentations for our own continued learning. We are using Clytie's approach and we would be delighted and appreciative if you would care to join us.

To anyone and everyone, please share the info if you can - and just drop us a line if you would like to come along! The details:

Sunday 5 February, 3.30 pm - 5.30 pm

Inala Community Garden

(in the grounds of St Hugh’s Anglican Church)

105 Poinsettia Street, Inala

Please wear a hat, flat enclosed shoes, and bring sunscreen and drinking water.

The workshop WILL go ahead in wet weather as we have a covered meeting space. If it's torrential, please check the Inala Community Garden Facebook page just in case.
