Cannon Hill Centre Suburban Renewal Precinct Plan project

We're working with the community to create the Cannon Hill Centre Suburban Renewal Precinct Plan to guide future development, building design and local job opportunities.

Cannon Hill Centre is well placed for renewal, with strong public transport connections, established commercial and employment hubs, and a mix of services, amenities and recreational facilities that support a thriving, well-connected community.

The precinct plan will have 4 main themes:

1. Housing choice: More homes for different household types through updated zoning and housing options.
2. Vibrant village: More to see and do, with great public spaces and opportunities for local dining, shops and businesses.
3. Subtropical lifestyle: Buildings and public spaces designed with shade and greenery for comfortable outdoor living.
4. Connecting people and places: Safer, more convenient walking, cycling and public transport connections.
