Consultation on the Ferry Network Review has now concluded. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback. Brisbane residents, visitors and commuters provided valuable feedback throughout the consultation of the Ferry Network Review. Now, Council will be reviewing the feedback which will help identify opportunities to improve the ferry services.
Brisbane City Council understands the travel needs of Brisbane residents, visitors and commuters change and believe any significant public transport review should involve community feedback. Council has a lot of research and information about ferry use, including findings from the community feedback so far. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback online or at one of the face-to-face sessions.

CityCat services: Council operates a fleet of 22 CityCats, including three NextGen double-decker CityCats that deliver services along the Brisbane River between UQ St Lucia and Northshore Hamilton.
CityHopper services: Council’s CityHopper is a free inner-city ferry service for the Brisbane River, where you can hop on and off between North Quay and Sydney Street, New Farm (KittyCats).
Cross River Ferry services: Council’s cross-river ferry services operate between Bulimba and Teneriffe (ferry) and a Kangaroo Point cross-river service between Holman Street and Riverside (KittyCats).
