Potential new features for the Wittonga Park playground and picnic area upgrade include:

  • An accessible connecting pathway
  • Large shelter with picnic seating
  • Annexe to existing shelter
  • Drinking fountain
  • Play equipment for younger and older children
  • Accessible carousel and fish rocker
  • Two double swings and a 4-person rocker
  • Hammock and basket swings
  • Nature play
  • Seating including bench, platform and wall types
  • Low native planting
  • Bins
