Wittonga Park playground area upgrade project

This community engagement has now closed. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback. 

Brisbane City Council is creating more to see and do in our suburbs by undertaking the Wittonga Park playground and picnic area upgrade project.

This project is part of Council’s commitment to enhancing and maintaining more than 2180 parks across the city which helps residents get outdoors and enjoy our city’s unique, sub-tropical lifestyle.

Council engaged with the community to inform preparation of a draft concept plan for the upgrade project. The draft concept plan will guide planning for an upgrade to the playground and picnic area, adjacent to Alutha Road.

At this stage of the project, Council invited the community to share their thoughts about the Opportunities map to help shape the draft concept plan.

  • completing the online survey, and/or
  • visiting one of the information kiosks.
