Bridgeman Downs Neighbourhood Plan

On 13 June 2023, Brisbane City Council adopted a new neighbourhood plan for Bridgeman Downs after consultation with the community and subsequent Queensland Government reviews.
Thank you to everyone who has shared ideas and comments about what the area should look like in the future through online surveys, email submissions, Community Planning Team meetings and in person at information kiosks.
On 1 September 2023, the new neighbourhood plan will become part of Brisbane City Plan 2014 (City Plan) to help guide future development and coordinate land use and infrastructure over a 10-year period and beyond.
