Consultation on the Booker Place Skate Park project has now closed. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback. Feedback will be considered and a final plan will be released to the community before construction.
Brisbane City Council is upgrading the Booker Place Skate Park with a new skate park to ensure the local community and skate park users can continue to enjoy this important facility.
Draft concept design
In 2020, Council undertook consultation with the local community on the new proposed skate park and future projects in the park. Feedback from the community indicated support for the new facility.
The draft concept plan is open for feedback from Monday 25 October to Sunday 7 November 2021.
Skate park users, residents and visitors are invited to provide feedback on the draft concept plan and on future skate park developments.

Drop in at any time during one of Council’s consultation sessions to meet the project team, ask questions and provide feedback.
Thursday 28 October 2021, between 3-5pm
Saturday 6 November, between 10am-12pm
The sessions will be held at the Booker Place Skate Park, 70 Sugarwood Street, Bellbowrie. In the event of wet weather, the sessions will be held next door at the Bellbowrie Sports and Community Club.
