Consultation on the Hipwood Road Precinct Project has now closed. Thank you to everyone who has provided feedback.
Council has listened to community concerns and suggestions for traffic management improvements in Hipwood Road and surrounding streets in Ascot and Hamilton as shown in the aerial photograph. In response Council has investigated various requests for changes to the road network from residents of Hipwood Road and Queens Road. Please see the list of 10 requests that Council has investigated here.
Following on from these early investigations, Council is keen to hear your feedback on 10 traffic management options that have been requested. Your feedback will help inform further investigations and future planning and design of traffic management improvements throughout the Hipwood Road precinct.

Hipwood Road Precinct in Ascot and Hamilton has finished this stage
Online community survey and collaborative map to understand community support on nine options for Hipwood Road and surrounding streets, and any other options the community feel should be considered.

Hipwood Road Precinct in Ascot and Hamilton is currently at this stage
Council will evaluate the feedback and provide and a decision will be made about future stages of the project based on community feedback.
