Thank you to everyone who took the time and shared their active travel experiences between Carawa Street, St Lucia and Moggill Road, Indooroopilly.

We’re currently in the planning phase and investigating the next stages of the potential future Indooroopilly Bikeway, between the Western Freeway Bikeway and UQ.

Your feedback will be considered alongside technical inputs to help inform any potential improvements to active travel options in this area.

This project is jointly funded by Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government’s Cycle Network Local Government Grants Program.

Have your say

We sought community feedback to help us better understand your travel through the area and any opportunities or challenges you face along your route.

The online survey and mapping activity closed on Sunday 30 March 2025.

Next steps

We're currently in the planning and design phase, and next steps will be dependent on future allocation of funding. We will provide an update to the community as projects progress and more information becomes available.
